Job summary

Baton Corporation is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to own measurement and analytics for marketing and paid acquisition, combining first-party data with on-chain data for a complete acquisition funnel.

You’ll design experiments, build models, and provide clear recommendations to scale or adjust spend, collaborating closely with Growth, Marketing, Product and Engineering in a fast-paced crypto-enabled consumer tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in paid acquisition analytics within a scaled consumer tech business.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R and SQL with ability to work across large datasets.
• Familiarity with attribution, incrementality and experiment design in marketing.
• Experience building models and dashboards to drive decision making for growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the measurement and analytics framework for marketing and paid acquisition efforts.
• Develop frameworks for understanding CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback and channel efficiency.
• Design and analyse experiments across campaigns to identify incremental lift.
• Build models and tooling to understand user quality and downstream value across campaigns.
