Job summary

TechChainTalent is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to lead measurement and analytics for its marketing and paid acquisition efforts. You will own projects from conception to completion across cross-functional teams and drive data-informed decisions that optimize budgets and results.

This role focuses on building models for CAC, LTV, ROAS and experimentation, leveraging on-chain data with first-party data, and delivering real-time dashboards to steer growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in paid acquisition or growth analytics within a scaled consumer tech business.
• Strong ability to measure paid marketing performance: attribution and incrementality.
• Proficient in Python or R and SQL working across large datasets.
• Ability to design and analyse experiments (geo tests, holdouts, A/B tests).
• Fluent with CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, and payback concepts across the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the measurement and analytics framework for a growing marketing and paid acquisition effort, helping determine where budgets are deployed.
• Develop frameworks for incrementality, attribution, CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback periods and channel efficiency.
• Design and analyse experiments across creative, audience, channel, bidding and landing page strategies.
• Build models and tooling to understand user quality and predict downstream value across campaigns and sources.
• Partner with Growth and Marketing to turn data into recommendations on budget allocation and strategy.
• Combine advertising platform data with first-party product, behavioural, and on-chain data for a complete acquisition funnel view.
• Build data models, dashboards and automated reporting for real-time marketing performance.
• Improve marketing data infrastructure with Engineering for reliable data from impression to downstream product behavior.
• Contribute to the wider Data Science function across product performance, experimentation, user behaviour, ecosystem analysis and competitive intelligence.
