Job summary

Docusign seeks a strategic Senior Data Scientist to lead analytics for new customer acquisition. You will partner with Growth Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to optimize AI-driven discovery, inbound demand, and website conversion.

You will design experiments, measure impact, and deliver insights to drive self-serve and sales-assisted growth, reporting to the Growth Data Science Principal. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Analytics, Data Science, or related roles in SaaS environment.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, causal inference).
• Strong SQL plus Python or R; proficient in visualization tools like Tableau/Looker.

Responsibilities

• Set analytics strategy and roadmap for New Customer Acquisition.
• Define and own measurement framework for AEO/GEO including LLM share of voice and sentiment.
• Design, implement, and analyze experiments (A/B tests, causal inference) to inform decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities with forecasting and scenario modeling.
• Translate analyses into concise recommendations for senior leadership across Growth, Product, Marketing, Brand, Sales.
• Provide regular KPI reporting to executives and stakeholders.
• Apply predictive modeling, segmentation, attribution, and media mix analysis across channels.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate reporting.
