You bring 4 years of PyTorch experience and a calm, analytical approach to design scalable data pipelines, optimize latency, and participate in sprint planning while maintaining data integrity for our Growth Mindset tool.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience deciding when to trust processes and when to break them.
• Calm under the chaos typical for mid-level roles.
• Knowledge of MD-specific regulations relevant to technology work.

Responsibilities

• Translate Growth Mindset metrics into the daily leadership chart.
• Lead the Delegation migration to retire the legacy stack.
• Optimize application performance, latency, and resource use at scale.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and tech roadmap discussions.
• Own data integrity across Delegation stores to keep Gaithersburg numbers accurate.
• Engage with technology users in Gaithersburg to understand tool needs.
• Read Growth Mindset stack traces and trace issues to root cause.
• Reduce cold-start times so the product wakes smoothly for MD users.
