Responsibilities

• Sit with technology users in Camden to learn what the A/B Testing tool needs.
• Own a technology service end to end, from Data Mining schema to on-call rotation.
• Document the RAG system so the next senior engineer onboards quickly.
• Guard the PyTorch codebase quality through reviews that teach as much as they catch.
• Translate Data Mining metrics into a dashboard that leadership reviews daily.
• Untangle the RAG dependencies that slowed Camden releases.
• Set the Deep Learning coding standards for the team.
• Write clean, well-tested code that scales with the user base.
