Superhuman is seeking a Data Engineer on the RTM Growth team to own pipelines, models, and datasets powering our multi-product AI platform. You’ll work with Growth, Performance Marketing, and Data Science to turn raw signals into reliable, decision-grade data for acquisition and growth.

You’ll join a high-ownership, high-impact team in a flexible hybrid role, with opportunities to scale data solutions across consumer and enterprise products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of building and operating production data pipelines.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; hands-on Spark and a modern lakehouse or cloud data warehouse.
• Experience with machine learning workflows end-to-end; feature pipelines and production data for models.
• Strong data modeling and warehouse design with data quality and observability.
• Experience with workflow orchestration and CI/CD for data (e.g., Databricks Workflows or Airflow).
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Codex.
• Clear communication and collaboration with Growth, Marketing, Analytics Engineering, and Data Science.
• Self-starting problem-solver who manages multiple projects and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and own scalable data pipelines (Spark/Databricks) powering ad bidding and paid acquisition optimization across channels.
• Maintain feature and training datasets that ML models rely on and productionize with Data Science.
• Develop measurement, attribution, and experimentation data layer for web/landing-page tests.
• Model growth and marketing data into clean, reusable tables for analysts and data scientists to self-serve.
• Own data quality, freshness, and reliability for growth-critical datasets with automated checks and alerts.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, Analytics Engineering, and Data Science to translate business questions into robust data models and metrics.
• Continuously improve performance, cost efficiency, and developer experience of our growth data platform.
