You will coordinate growth meetings, plan seminars and events, handle on-site logistics, and support dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the local market growth strategy.
• Support regular cadence of growth meetings: coordinate schedule, prepare and distribute agenda and growth documents, document actions.
• Provide comprehensive CRM support to monitor pipeline and track due dates.
• Perform account, data and research to support pursuit efforts.
• Provide ad hoc CRM requests, pipeline reports and presentation/pursuit document support.
• Plan and coordinate market-facing seminars, conferences, meetings and networking events: materials, AV setup, registrations, post-event wrap-up.
• Serve as primary CRM database support: training, data capture, and dashboard coordination.
• Collaborate with growth leaders and internal teams to meet business needs.
