Job summary

CEC Energy in Houston seeks a Commercial Operations Coordinator to manage the CRM, coordinate proposals, and keep qualification materials organized so the business development team can focus on customer engagement.

Reporting to the VP of Strategic Growth, you will oversee marketing collateral, track MSAs and NDAs, coordinate pursuit steps, and ensure seamless handoffs between estimating, procurement and sales.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in a coordination, operations, sales support, or administrative role.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Excellent written communication and a professional document standard.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple pieces end to end.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the CRM, keep pipeline current and standardized.
• Coordinate proposal and qualification package assemblies and logistics.
• Manage outsourced marketing and ensure collateral aligns with brand standards.
• Track pursuit steps, meetings, and due dates; support business development.
• Maintain MSAs, NDAs, and prequalification statuses in the CRM.
