Gaia in Louisville, CO seeks a Growth Creative Strategist who turns audience insights and storytelling into membership growth. You will develop concepts, write copy and briefs, coordinate paid creators and UGC, and help launch and optimize campaigns to acquire and retain members.

Working under the Marketing Tech Lead, you’ll test and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube, while collaborating with marketing, brand, and creative teams to scale growth.

Competenze

• Paid acquisition creative experience with measurable results.
• Strong audience research, concept development, copywriting, scripting, and briefing skills.
• Hands-on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads experience for setup, QA, analysis, and optimization.
• Ability to translate performance data into creative decisions.
• Experience writing and producing creative in regulated categories (health, wellness, etc.).
• Familiarity with subscription metrics (free-to-paid conversion, retention, churn, LTV).
• Collaborative, growth-minded, resourceful, and able to manage multiple deliverables.

• Develop concepts, hooks, ad copy, scripts, and briefs from audience insights.
• Create platform-specific creative for Meta, Google, and YouTube with testing strategies.
• Coordinate paid creator and UGC campaigns, including briefs, scripts, and approvals.
• Maintain Gaia’s voice while adapting creative to audiences and platform rules.
• Test, analyze, and translate results into actionable growth recommendations.
• Support campaign setup, tracking, and landing page alignment in ad platforms.
• Assist ASO messaging and asset testing for app stores.
• Explore additional channels as priorities warrant.
• Collaborate across marketing, brand, creative, and tech teams and meet deadlines.
