Job summary

Gaia seeks a Global Paid Media Specialist to drive strategic execution, optimization, and ROAS across international markets from our Louisville, CO campus. You will own multi-country activation, localization, budget allocation, and performance across Google, Meta, and other platforms.

The role requires multilingual capability (French, German, Spanish), strong analytics, and collaboration with agency partners to scale campaigns and improve landing pages.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years managing global paid digital campaigns in key markets (France, Germany, Spain) or US/Hispanic equivalent.
• Experience leading multi-country or international campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency: Google Ads, Meta Ads, and influencer ads/whitelisting.
• Strong knowledge: GA4, GTM, Meta, online media, conversion tracking and attribution modeling.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $500K+.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets capabilities.
• Multilingual proficiency: French, German, and Spanish.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written communication for multilingual ad copy oversight.

Responsibilities

• Global Campaign Paid Media Strategy and Execution across multiple markets.
• Plan, ship, and manage multi-country campaigns via agency partners.
• Develop localized campaign structures aligned to regional goals and metrics.
• Ensure tracking and attribution setup (GA4, GTM, conversions).
• Oversee language localization of ad copy and messaging (FR/DE/ES).
• Manage budgets across markets based on performance and growth.
• Lead testing for creative, ad copy, landing pages, and audiences.
• Identify cross-market insights and replicate winning strategies.
• Scale high-performing campaigns and optimize spend.
• Develop performance forecasts and scaling roadmaps.
• Translate data into actionable insights and build dashboards.
• Present market insights to leadership and collaborate with Sales/Operations.
