Gaia, Inc. is seeking a Growth Creative Strategist who turns audience insights, compelling storytelling, and experimentation into membership growth. Your central question: What audience, message, offer, and creative approach could acquire more valuable members—and how do we test it?

Creative ability comes first, supported by hands-on performance marketing skills. You’ll develop concepts, write copy and briefs, coordinate paid creators and UGC, and help launch and optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• Paid acquisition creative experience with measurable results.
• Strong audience research, concept development, copywriting, scripting, and briefing skills.
• Hands-on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads experience.
• Ability to translate performance data into creative decisions.
• Experience writing and producing creative within regulated, sensitive, or policy-heavy categories.
• Familiarity with subscription business metrics (free-to-paid conversion, retention curves, churn, and LTV).
• A collaborative growth mindset, resourcefulness, and the organization to manage multiple deliverables through completion.

Responsabilités

• Develop concepts, hooks, ad copy, scripts, and briefs for Gaia campaigns.
• Create platform-specific creative for Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Search, and YouTube and test approaches.
• Coordinate paid creator and UGC campaigns, including sourcing, briefing, scripting, feedback, delivery, and amplification permissions within budgets.
• Maintain Gaia’s voice and brand integrity while adapting creative to audience needs and platform requirements.
