Job summary

Chexy, a Canadian fintech, is hiring a hands-on Growth Creative to build the creative engine behind our growth. You’ll create ads, UGC, and landing-page experiments from customer insights and product stories, launching, measuring and iterating quickly.

You’ll work with the Head of Growth and a paid media agency to decide what to make, improve copy and visuals, and use AI to speed production while maintaining high taste and performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on growth/creative experience with a portfolio of work you produced.
• Strong taste across concepts, copy, design, video and landing pages.
• Hands-on ability with design and video editing tools; comfortable with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design static ads and edit video ads with rapid iterations.
• Create and edit UGC-style creative and write hooks, scripts and ad copy.
• Build landing pages and test offers, layouts and social proof.
• Turn performance data into concrete creative actions and backlog of tests.
• Work directly with Head of Growth and paid media agency to accelerate learning.
