Chime is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Growth Marketing in San Francisco to lead a performance creative team across design, copy, and video. You’ll blend hands-on craft with mentorship to drive DR-ready content at scale.

You’ll push AI-assisted workflows, translate brand identity into high-performing creative, and partner with Growth Producers, Creative Strategists, and Channel Managers to accelerate impact across paid social, video, and other channels.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in performance creative and team leadership.
• Ability to originate creative territories and translate brand identity into DR-ready work.
• Experience across design, copywriting, and video editing.
• Experience working with AI tools to accelerate ideation and production.

Responsibilities

• Give effective direction across design, copy, and video to ensure cohesive output.
• Concept original ideas and campaigns rooted in trends.
• Partner with Channel Managers and Creative Strategists to sharpen briefs and drive KPIs.
• Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers, maintaining consistent quality.
• Guide creative across paid social, organic, CTV, and print.
• Set quality standards balancing brand and performance under fast pace.
• Champion AI-assisted workflows and coach the team on prompting and tool use.
