Job summary

Alinea Invest is seeking a Director, Growth Creative to build and lead the creative engine behind our growth. You’ll own creative strategy across paid acquisition and work with Growth to scale concepts across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.

You’ll lead an in-house team, develop a high-velocity creative machine, and balance brand with performance while using data to improve CAC, ROAS, and engagement. The role blends leadership with hands-on creation in a fast-paced fintech startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative, brand, advertising, or growth creative.
• Led in-house creative teams at a fast-growing consumer startup.
• Experience producing creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, influencers, organic social.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decisions.
• Ability to build rapid creative experimentation systems.
• Excellent taste with hands-on execution.
• Able to navigate between high-level direction and hands-on work.
• Passion for internet culture and emerging formats.
• Ability to recruit and develop top creative talent.
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment and builds from scratch.
• Interest in AI-native workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Alinea’s creative vision across brand, paid acquisition, social, product launches, partnerships, influencers, and other touchpoints.
• Build and lead an exceptional in-house creative team across design, copy, video, production, and editing.
• Develop a creative engine capable of high-volume, differentiated, high-quality creative weekly.
• Partner with Growth to improve CAC, ROAS, CTR, and creative longevity.
• Use performance data to test, learn, and iterate creative concepts.
• Push for native, culturally-relevant advertising across platforms and formats.
• Establish and evolve Alinea's recognizable brand identity.
• Lead creative strategy for major product launches and campaigns.
• Identify emerging formats, creators, and AI tools to gain an edge.
• Build fast, scalable processes for rapid creative output without sacrificing quality.
• Translate company priorities into breakthrough creative with the founders.
