Job summary

Pika Labs Inc. is seeking a Growth Engineer to accelerate the adoption and expansion of its AI-powered creative platform. You will design and ship growth features, run experiments, and work with product, design, marketing, and data teams to drive measurable growth across the product.

You will blend hands-on engineering with analytics to uncover opportunities, optimize onboarding and engagement, and contribute to virality and sharing capabilities, impacting millions of creators worldwide.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, ideally on growth teams.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into scalable solutions.
• Proficiency with modern web or backend technologies (Python, Go, Node.js, TypeScript, or similar).
• Familiarity with growth tools and analytics platforms (Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch growth features and experiments across the platform.
• Implement scalable A/B tests and personalization strategies to optimize acquisition and retention.
• Analyze data to discover growth levers and track effectiveness of strategies.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to prioritize high-impact growth initiatives.
• Prototype and ship new product surfaces, onboarding flows, and engagement loops.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and user experience for growth features.
• Contribute to product virality, referrals, and sharing capabilities.
• Advocate for a data-driven, experimentation-focused culture.
