Job summary

Cella by randstad digital is seeking a Growth Content Manager to drive organic traffic, engagement, membership, and conversions. You will blend human creativity with AI to produce high-performing content and lead AI/SEO strategies for strong discovery.

The role requires 5+ years in content management, 3+ years in B2B e-commerce, and collaboration with creative agencies. Enterprise CMS experience (e.g., AEM) and AI LLMs are a must.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of content management experience.
• 3+ years in B2B e-commerce/digital environments.
• 3+ years collaborating with creative agencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Creative Writing, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficient with enterprise CMS and AI LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage quarterly B2B content calendars with marketing, SEO/AEO, and agencies.
• Own AI prompting/workflows to produce high-quality content and refine processes.
• Identify content opportunities to boost visibility in traditional search and AI discovery.
• Set goals to track traffic, leads, and conversions; test-and-learn optimization.
• Edit, update and govern content within CMS; coordinate imagery with design.
