MoreVisibility is seeking an experienced Senior Content Strategist and Team Lead to drive organic growth for premier clients. You will lead a content strategy team, conduct audits, develop growth roadmaps, and influence clients to act on strategic recommendations.

You will collaborate with SEO/GEO, Design, Analytics, and Account Management, owning processes, templates, and QA while guiding the team through evolving AI and search landscapes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading content strategy for multiple clients or accounts.
• Ability to diagnose problems, design solutions, and influence stakeholders.
• Proven track record building playbooks, templates, and workflows for content teams.
• Strong understanding of how SEO, GEO, AI affect content visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own team processes, workflow, templates, and QA review of deliverables.
• Lead audits, strategy development, and growth roadmaps for premier accounts.
• Drive organic growth through SEO, GEO, and AI-enabled strategies.
• Oversee on-site optimization and information architecture with cross-functional partners.
• Present findings and secure client buy-in with clear recommendations.
• Mentor and onboard content strategists; manage capacity planning.
