Brilliant Directories is seeking a Content Marketing Manager Growth & Team Lead to build a 360 content engine across video, articles, guides, and newsletters. You will own SEO/AEO, GMB, and live programs while growing a multi‑tier content team to scale output.

The role demands expertise in BD or similar platforms, automation, and a full‑funnel mindset, with responsibility for webinars and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Deep hands‑on knowledge of Brilliant Directories or mastery of a comparable platform.
• Experience with automation tools like n8n.
• Knows skyscraper technique and content strategy.
• Full‑funnel content production and distribution experience.
• SEO/AEO/GMB literacy.
• Ability to recruit, train, and manage a growing team.
• Experience building AI bots and automations.
• Comfortable hosting webinars and live sessions.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing content channels and identify gaps.
• Apply skyscraper strategy to create superior content.
• Run two parallel content strategies for AI/LLM citation and brand visibility.
• Review strategy every 1–2 weeks and plan experiments.
• Operate end‑to‑end content production across formats.
• Target 500+ YouTube videos per year and repurpose across platforms.
• Manage BD Groups for engagement and leads.
• Lead two webinars monthly and daily Zoom clinics.
• Own SEO, AEO/GEO and Google My Business strategy.
• Build and lead a content team of up to 5 and recruit juniors.
• Build AI bots/automation to scale output.
