Authentic8 seeks a Senior Content Marketing Manager to own the content engine from website to webinar. You’ll orchestrate SME inputs, edit drafts, package assets, and ship a family of ICP-focused assets across channels to educate and convert buyers.

You'll lead a small team, partner with product marketing, and push AI workflows to scale while maintaining voice and quality. Expect performance metrics, experimentation, and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B content marketing experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports.
• Owns company website end-to-end with internal ops and external developers.
• Can build editorial calendars aligned to ICPs, use cases, and funnel stages.
• Strong track record of orchestrating SME-driven content into ICP assets.
• Deep SEO fluency and familiarity with AEO/GEO and AI-assisted content.

Responsibilities

• Own authentic8.com and drive performance, updates, and speed.
• Set content strategy and editorial calendar across channels.
• Brief SMEs, edit drafts, package assets into publishable forms.
• Collaborate with designers, video producers, editors for scale.
• Lead a Marketing Specialist and align social as a distribution channel.
• Measure impact on MQLs, opportunities, and revenue; optimize accordingly.
