Applause is seeking a Sr. Content Marketing Manager to own all content initiatives, from blogs and ebooks to videos and infographics. You will define and drive our content strategy in collaboration with the Director of Marketing, delivering high‑quality content that supports demand generation and sales goals.

The role is fully remote, with a focus on creating compelling content, managing a calendar, and coordinating with freelancers as needed to meet quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing for a US-based B2B SaaS or Home Services company.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with multi-disciplinary capabilities in video and design.
• Able to adapt and solve unforeseen challenges with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet (50+ Mbps).

Responsibilities

• Own the content calendar and quarterly editorial planning.
• Plan, organize, execute, and publish content rapidly to support initiatives.
• Collaborate with creative team to produce assets for demand generation, sales enablement, and events.
• Conduct primary and secondary research and synthesize data into compelling content.
• Define and execute Applause's thought leadership strategy and audience personas.
