Jobscan seeks a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Content & Lifecycle to own editorial content from blog to evergreen hub. You will drive organic growth, oversee SEO and AI-driven strategies, and manage content-driven subscriptions and train the team to maintain high-quality output.

You will also lead the HireReady newsletter and develop email acquisition programs, collaborating with the Head of Marketing to achieve traffic, subscribers, and registrations milestones.

Competenze

• 5-8 years of growth or content marketing experience.
• Elite content creation and editing skills.
• Hands-on SEO practitioner: on-page optimization, internal linking, keyword targeting.
• AEO/GEO fluency: optimizing for AI search and answer engines, building EEAT.
• CRO instinct: can review a content page, identify conversion opportunities, run experiments.
• Lifecycle and email marketing experience: newsletter ownership and/or content-driven subscriber growth.
• People management experience: managing writers or contractors and running an editorial calendar.
• Strong AI/LLM fluency: uses Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Comfortable working directly in WordPress; modern static site stacks a plus.
• Familiar with GA4 and SEO tools.

• Manage editorial team and coordinate video content with contractors.
