Job summary

WellBiz Brands seeks a Manager, Web & Conversion Optimization to own the digital experience from visit to booking across our portfolio. You will optimize the booking funnel, landing pages, A/B testing infrastructure, CRO, and SEO to drive conversion and growth.

Collaborating with brand directors, the CRM team, and agency partners, you will use data and experiments to reduce drop-off and improve lifecycle performance, aligning digital touchpoints with retention strategies. Based in Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital marketing, CRO or web strategy in multi-location/franchise or subscription business.
• Proven CRO improvements through testing, UX, and funnel optimization.
• Hands-on with A/B testing tools and web analytics platforms.
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices, including local search.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize end-to-end booking funnel across digital properties.
• Design and manage landing pages for campaigns and membership acquisition.
• Develop and run ongoing A/B and multivariate testing program.
• Coordinate with brand directors and CRM to align touchpoints with lifecycle.
