Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring for an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering high-quality ABA therapy under supervision.

Qualified candidates will hold an active RBT certification (or eligibility), have a high school diploma, and relevant experience. The role emphasizes collaboration with families, data collection, and maintaining a supportive session environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs designed by BCBA.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
