Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is looking for a dedicated RBT to provide compassionate, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect progress data using our clinical software.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification or eligibility, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and experience with autism.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required or eligible to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
