Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision and collect progress data using clinical software.

The candidate should have active RBT certification or be eligible, with a HS diploma required. Experience with autism/ developmental delays and strong communication skills are essential. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are needed.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or eligible to obtain)
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate progress data with clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions
