Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Eight years’ experience in marketing and product management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Five years of leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

• Translate marketing vision into integrated business plans and annual/5-year strategies.
• Research market conditions and competitor activity to provide insights.
• Oversee lifecycle of new products and feature enhancements.
• Protect and manage brand identity across touchpoints.
• Oversee company communications for internal and external audiences.
• Maintain and optimize digital assets including websites and social platforms.
• Drive lead generation and new customer opportunities.
• Oversee CRM tool as internal subject matter expert.
