WIL - Wildeck, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a marketing leader to develop, lead, and execute the company's marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, product planning, and brand awareness.

You will oversee lifecycle management of new products, lead demand generation, manage CRM, and coordinate advertising, events, and digital assets. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication to support sales and expand market share.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Eight years’ experience in marketing and product management in manufacturing preferred.
• Five+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 15%.
• Competence with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Translate marketing vision into integrated business plans and strategies.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to provide insights.
• Oversee product lifecycle from concept to market introduction.
• Protect and manage brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Oversee internal and external communications.
• Maintain and optimize digital assets (websites, social media, portals).
• Drive lead generation and new customer opportunities.
• Oversee CRM as internal expert.
• Design and execute marketing programs to meet acquisition and awareness goals.
• Develop calendars for trade shows, campaigns and media placements.
• Build knowledge of Wildeck products to promote and advertise them.
