Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in product, channel or brand marketing with GTM launches.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, operations, marketing and sales.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends.
• Strategic mindset with cross-functional influence and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand roadmap, including positioning, value prop, naming and tier strategy.
• Own end-to-end NPI commercialization from scope to funnel creation and launch.
• Lead marketing growth plan for Wilkins with insights from product, channel and sales.
• Oversee brand trademark processes with business unit.
• Incorporate competitive positioning into product strategy and launch plans.
• Plan and execute new product launches aligned to GTM strategy.
• Analyze market trends to optimize marketing plans and differentiation.
• Collaborate with creative, media and channel marketing for strategy.
• Define customer personas and KPIs with cross-functional input.
• Guide Creative team on product focus and priorities.
