As a member of the management team, you will set strategic objectives, drive Lean manufacturing, coordinate with marketing, engineering, and finance, and ensure on-time delivery while expanding market share and profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Industrial Management is preferred.
• 10+ years of management experience leading sales and production teams.
• Strong financial literacy with P&L management and contract negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategic objectives, including annual and 5-year plans to increase market share and meet revenue targets.
• Oversee daily production, purchasing, scheduling, and warehousing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement to reduce waste and maximize asset utilization.
• Lead sales and customer success through lead-to-close processes and maintain key accounts.
• Oversee procurement, supplier relationships, and quality assurance to meet client specs and timelines.
• Coach department heads and front-line workers, establishing performance goals and succession plans.
• Champion safety and regulatory compliance across the organization.
