Job summary

Southland Industries seeks a Sr. HR Business Partner to support a rapidly expanding business line, translating business goals into workforce solutions and leading organizational effectiveness and workforce planning initiatives.

The role partners with leaders across Talent, Total Rewards, Shared Services, People Operations and other COEs to scale processes, develop leadership capability, manage change, and drive enterprise programs while navigating ambiguity in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational development, psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years progressive HR experience.
• Experience advising senior leaders and leadership teams.
• Strong expertise in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, and change leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop workforce strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Assess future workforce capability requirements and talent risks.
• Identify workforce trends and develop proactive talent solutions.
• Lead organizational design and workforce optimization efforts.
• Facilitate leadership team effectiveness discussions.
• Coach leaders through periods of significant change.
• Collaborate with Talent COEs to accelerate leadership readiness.
• Drive development strategies for key talent populations.
• Influence enterprise programs and translate strategies into execution.
