Job summary

TRG TECH RESEARCH GROUP is expanding its global Talent Acquisition team to 200+ hires within 12 months. We are seeking a Growth Architect to design and scale our TA engine, lead a growing team, and embed AI tools to accelerate sourcing and decision-making.

You will partner with leaders across regions, own KPIs, and drive high-impact hires in AI, reverse engineering, and defense sales while shaping a fast-moving, data-driven recruiting culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting globally.
• 2+ years leading a team.
• Hyper-growth survivor in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication in English with global teams.
• Can-do mindset with problem-solving drive.
• BA/BS or MA/MS in Behavioral Science is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize our Talent Acquisition strategy and execution.
• Lead and mentor an internal TA team to high performance.
• Incorporate AI tools and modern tech to speed sourcing and insights.
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into hiring plans.
• Build dashboards and KPIs for a data-driven recruitment lifecycle.
• Drive critical, executive, and hyper-niche hires across time zones.
• Embed a data-driven culture to sustain fast hiring without compromising talent quality.
• Build a compelling employer brand to attract top talent.
