TRM Labs is seeking a VP of Global Growth to lead our expansion, owning global pipeline across the company and guiding the journey from initial awareness to a sales-ready opportunity. You will report to the CRO and oversee growth strategy, digital and lifecycle marketing, ABM, field marketing, and analytics.

We value a track record in enterprise tech, strong leadership, and AI fluency to optimize campaigns, attribution, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to own and grow qualified pipeline in enterprise tech.
• Strong leadership of growth initiatives across multiple channels and regions.
• Proven experience with data-driven marketing and AI-enabled optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline generation plan.
• Translate revenue targets into pipeline requirements by market, region, offering, and customer type.
• Lead the full demand generation engine across digital, lifecycle, ABM, and field marketing.
• Build digital and lifecycle capabilities across paid, organic, and conversion paths.
• Increase experimentation velocity with AI-assisted optimization.
