Job summary

TRM Labs is hiring a VP of Global Growth to lead our expansion and build a scalable growth organization across marketing and demand gen. You will own global pipeline, align with growth leadership, and drive programs across ABM, digital, lifecycle, and analytics.

You will report to the CRO and guide investments across NA, APAC, and EMEA, accelerating experimentation and AI-enabled outcomes while developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Track record of owning and growing qualified pipeline in an enterprise technology business with complex buying groups and long sales cycles.
• Quantitative fluency and sound judgment with imperfect data; ability to build funnel models and test attribution.
• Experience driving both new-logo acquisition and customer expansion with understanding of conversion and payback.
• Deep full-funnel expertise from awareness to opportunity creation and Sales handoffs.
• Demonstrated success building multitouch attribution, analytics, and forecasting models.
• Disciplined experimentation with AI to accelerate targeting, content velocity, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline generation plan and translate revenue targets into pipeline requirements by market and region.
• Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and improve handoffs with Sales to sharpen targeting.
• Lead the full demand generation engine by coordinating ABM, digital, lifecycle, field marketing, and marketing operations.
• Build digital and lifecycle capabilities including paid search, organic growth, and landing page optimization.
• Increase experimentation velocity and use AI to improve campaign operations and attribution.
• Lead and develop the Growth organization, manage budget and agency relationships, and drive operating cadence.
