Dayforce is seeking a bold, global Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead hiring for a 9,000-person software company. You’ll shape how we attract and hire top technical, GTM, and leadership talent across regions, turning TA into a strategic growth lever.

You’ll run a world-class TA function, partner with senior leaders, and drive AI-enabled transformation, data-driven decisions and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Significant Talent Acquisition leadership experience in a global, complex organization.
• Proven ability to deliver high-volume, global hiring across technical and leadership roles.
• Strong track record of transforming TA models, processes and technology.

Responsibilities

• Set the global TA vision and strategy aligned to priorities.
• Lead and inspire a global TA team of ~35 professionals.
• Oversee ~2,000 hires annually across tech, GTM, corporate and leadership.
• Partner with executives to translate business strategy into workforce plans.
• Drive operational excellence in candidate experience and hiring speed.
• Modernize TA with AI, automation, and data-driven decision making.
• Shape hiring for an AI-enabled future and workforce planning.
• Strengthen employer brand and candidate experience globally.
