Job summary

Sky Society is seeking a Director of Growth to own the revenue strategy across acquisition, partnerships, paid media, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization. You will lead a small team, partner with the brand group, and leverage AI tools to scale high-quality leads, applications, enrollments, and revenue.

You will shape the growth engine, test new channels, and build scalable infrastructure while maintaining community trust and brand integrity in a fast-moving education environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation.

Responsibilities
