Job summary

ResiHome, a national housing operator, is seeking a marketing leader to own the digital footprint—SEO, web, email, social, and creative. You’ll drive strategy with data, leverage AI tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to move metrics and grow the portfolio.

The role is in-office in Atlanta, GA, with a focus on building brand standards, campaigns, and performance reporting across markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing, data analysis, and SFR/BTR experience.
• Proven track record of driving SEO, social media, and site performance and conversions.
• Comfort with AI-enabled platforms, mobile apps, and modern tech.
• Excellent time management with the ability to manage multiple pipelines.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own graphic design, email design, and virtual flipbooks end to end — concept, build, ship.
• Set and enforce social media standards, guidelines, and branding across markets.
• Develop creative for organization-wide campaigns and community launches, lease-ups, and events.
• Use AI to move faster and reach further — content generation, listing optimization, and visibility.
• Build dynamic reporting for leadership and stakeholders to track performance.
