Job summary

Accretus Group is seeking a Head of Growth to build and own the function from the ground up. This role spans performance marketing, content creation, brand growth, and end-to-end GTM initiatives.

You will report to the CEO and work with senior leaders to shape positioning in the real estate services ecosystem. As an entrepreneurial operator, you will manage budgets, drive digital presence, and deliver high-quality marketing assets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Growth, GTM, and/or Marketing experience in a tech-enabled environment.
• Experience in real estate, finance, or legal domains is a plus.
• Location flexibility within the US and ability to work remotely or in hybrid mode.

Responsibilities

• Own sales and marketing budget allocation and channel/partner selection.
• Drive performance measurement to ensure marketing investments deliver impact.
• Grow digital presence and social media engagement on LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Own production of the monthly industry newsletter and related editorial tasks.
• Collaborate on creating professional marketing assets and co-branded guides.
• Coordinate cross-functional design, copy, and strategy to support priorities.
