Job summary

Hearth is building the next layer of its AI-first growth system in NYC, and seeks a hands-on leader who will own the AI acquisition engine end-to-end. You will run the system daily, optimize it with bid logic and measurement, and expand the funnel from ads to sales with strong SQL/Python reporting to back decisions.

You will partner with the CEO to scale across channels, content, and creative, ensuring unit economics stay strong while delivering real impact for contractors nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years owning a core business metric (CAC, LTV, or lead volume).
• Proven production SQL or Python scripting to automate reporting.
• Experience building and instrumenting a customer funnel.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI acquisition engine and ensure accuracy and growth.
• Manage CAC and bid logic to improve efficiency.
• Build end-to-end funnel from ads to sales handoff.
• Instrument measurement and daily SQL/Python reporting.
• Develop acquisition stack and experiment with new channels.
• Collaborate closely with CEO to scale the system.
