Qualifications

• 2-7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, or AI-powered applications.
• Proven track record of building and shipping products or systems from the ground up.
• Experience designing and working with scalable databases and APIs.
• Ability to think in systems rather than individual tickets or tasks.
• Experience developing high-quality software in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take ownership and drive projects from concept through delivery.
• A strong interest in using AI as a core part of the software development process.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable data infrastructure that transforms fragmented data into prospecting pipelines.
• Develop internal tools that improve sales team productivity and effectiveness.
• Build outbound automation, lead routing, sequencing, and deal-room tooling.
• Apply AI and LLM technologies to unstructured data and generate actionable signals.
• Build intelligent agents that automate and enhance sales workflows.
• Design and work with scalable databases and APIs.
• Partner closely with sales teams and customers to understand business needs.
• Own projects from initial concept through development, deployment, and iteration.
• Develop high-quality software designed for scalability and long-term growth.
• Contribute to technical architecture and engineering decisions.
• Help identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
