This hands-on role requires building campaigns, optimizing HubSpot workflows, and leading events to generate pipeline. You will manage ABM programs, content, and measurement, working with executives to translate results into revenue.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years B2B healthcare marketing with SaaS or healthtech focus.
• 5+ years running account-based marketing with measurable pipeline results.
• Experience in long enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent with CFO buyers and financial-impact storytelling.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA in marketing operations.

Aufgaben

• Build marketing strategy for two business lines and own pipeline.
• Define ICP and account-tiering per segment and defend plans with data.
• Set annual marketing plan, budget, and channel mix.
• Lead ABM campaigns against named target accounts and measure impact.
• Own HubSpot end-to-end: scoring, attribution, workflows, nurture, reporting.
• Manage digital mix: SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, programmatic, retargeting, email.
• Deploy intent data and ABM tooling and optimize ROI.
• Create vertical content tracks for RCM, ABA, behavioral health.
• Own positioning for healthcare finance and ABA providers.
• Plan conference calendar and manage offline events with pipeline follow-through.
• Drive offline programs and sponsor activities with measurable results.
• Build analyst relationships and a customer advisory program.
• Own websites, rankings, and conversion paths for both brands.
