TalentPluto, Inc. is hiring the first dedicated marketing lead to own brand, narrative, and market positioning for a healthcare technology platform serving health systems. This onsite role in New York requires hands-on execution across content, events, ABM, SEO, and partnerships.

You will own customer stories, write LinkedIn and website copy, and align product messaging with customer success. Expect close collaboration with leadership and a fast-growing, hands-on team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Enterprise healthcare marketing experience.
• Growth-stage startup experience.
• Strong writer with case studies and long-form content.
• Ability to distill complex technology into simple narratives.
• Clear point of view on design and visual identity.
• Hands-on execution including events and press outreach.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing end to end: customer stories, testimonials, and case studies.
• Write and own the company's LinkedIn presence and website copy, with designers.
• Define and sharpen positioning and messaging for an enterprise healthcare audience.
• Execute the field marketing calendar: conferences, executive dinners, and events.
• Run ABM campaigns and own SEO and GEO presence.
• Build trust in the market through events, community building, and partnerships.
• Pitch reporters and manage inbound press interest.
• Partner with designers to craft materials meeting a high visual bar.
