Aramark is seeking a Manager of Growth Analytics & Strategic Insights to lead data-driven growth initiatives across the Growth organization. The role partners with the 20x30 Growth Team and Enterprise Partnership Group to transform complex data into actionable insights for revenue acceleration.

The ideal candidate combines advanced analytics with business acumen and executive presence to develop growth models, dashboards, and performance metrics for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of analytics/BI/strategy experience.
• Proficient in Power BI, Excel, Power Query and visualization tools.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM analytics.
• Ability to build predictive, financial and operational models.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise growth analytics for the 20x30 strategy.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards and scorecards.
• Create predictive and prescriptive models for revenue expansion and retention.
• Develop account prioritization and market insights for EPG.
• Analyze data to identify trends and actionable improvements.
• Translate findings into concise, executive-ready presentations.
• Support business case development, scenario modeling and investment analyses.
• Utilize Power BI, Salesforce, SQL, Excel and BI tools to deliver insights.
• Advise leadership on growth performance and opportunities.
