Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking an Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts delivering high-impact, cross-domain analytical solutions. You will partner with senior leaders to shape business direction, build KPIs, and translate insights into measurable results across multiple domains.

The role requires strong technical skills, strategic business judgment, and proven people-management abilities, with a focus on driving performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, CS, math, statistics, or another quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience using SQL for advanced data manipulation in large-scale data repositories.
• Minimum 5 years of analytics experience working with cross-functional business partners in a complex organization.
• Proven experience designing and implementing KPIs and measurement frameworks that drive performance improvement.
• At least 2 years of experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience with machine learning or advanced statistical modeling is a plus.
• Advanced experience using Python for complex analysis, reusable solutions, or scalable analytics workflows is a strong plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership & Advisory: Advise senior leaders on data-driven decisions and define analytics objectives.
• Analytics Leadership: Develop analytical plans and propose new methodologies and metrics.
• Cross-Domain Insights: Synthesize data across domains to identify enterprise patterns and risks.
• Collaboration & Capability Building: Work with Tech to translate needs into BI enhancements.
• Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead and mentor analysts, set priorities and ensure timely delivery.
