Aramark is seeking a Manager of Growth Analytics & Strategic Insights in Philadelphia to lead data-driven analysis, performance measurement, and predictive modeling for the Growth organization. You will transform complex data into actionable insights to support growth strategy, enterprise opportunities, and revenue acceleration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of analytics, BI, strategy, or revenue/operations experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and enterprise reporting tools.
• Experience building executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, forecasting models, and strategic reporting.
• Experience using Salesforce and related CRM analytics platforms.
• Ability to translate data into concise, executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise growth analytics supporting the 20x30 strategy and Growth org priorities.
• Design and maintain exec dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models to identify revenue expansion and retention risks.
• Build account prioritization, whitespace analysis, and market insights for EPG.
• Analyze cross-functional data to recommend actions improving performance.
• Present findings to senior leadership with concise recommendations.
• Support business case development, scenario modeling, and investments.
• Utilize BI tools to deliver actionable insights and strategic guidance.
