Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Senior Manager of Growth Analytics to guide product-led growth analytics and partner with PMs and engineers across the customer journey. You will lead a team of analysts and shape analytics strategy, focusing on enabling product teams to make data-driven decisions at scale.

The role combines hands-on analysis with strategic leadership, emphasizing measurement plans, experimentation, and self-service reporting to drive bookings, activation, retention, and expansion.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or BI in SaaS environments.
Experience designing and interpreting product experiments and A/B tests.
Strong SQL and data wrangling across multiple sources.
Experience with modern data platforms and dashboards for self-service reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of growth analysts; set priorities and coach career growth.
Define business questions, hypotheses, goals, and success metrics with PMs/Engineers.
Establish measurement for the PLG funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, expansion, and value.
Build trusted metric definitions, event tracking, and reusable datasets and dashboards.
Apply AI-assisted tooling to accelerate analysis, SQL/Python development, and documentation.
