Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Senior Director, Strategic Growth Initiatives to lead Strategic Growth Analytics in a hybrid role based in Burlington, NC or Durham, NC.

You will set the vision for analytics, guide AI-enabled insights, and partner with Marketing, Commercial, and Digital leadership to drive growth and improve decision-making. The role requires seasoned leadership and strong communication across a matrix of stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive analytics, insights, or strategy experience.
• 10+ years in healthcare or life sciences analytics settings.
• 5+ years leading high-performing analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, priorities, and roadmap for Strategic Growth Analytics.
• Lead an integrated analytics agenda spanning customer, market, and digital intelligence.
• Scale AI-enabled insights and decision-support to drive growth.
• Translate complex analytics to actionable business recommendations.
• Manage a global analytics team and partner with senior leaders.
