Job summary
OVO Energy is seeking a Growth Analytics Manager to lead applied analytics across the Growth team. You will drive reporting, forecasting, and analytics assets using SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau.
The role collaborates with commercial stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimise energy, home services, and digital offerings. You will report to a Senior Growth Analytics Manager and shape the analytics roadmap, balancing delivery with continuous improvement and automation.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in a data and analytics environment
- Strong analytical skills with data storytelling ability
- Experience collaborating with commercial stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile/Kanban delivery methodologies
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and self-manage a time-sensitive analytics programme for Commercial reporting and forecasting
- Lead design and delivery of technical analytics solutions with IT and DevOps
- Own requirements gathering, design, transformation, testing, and deployment for data assets
- Lead projects using Agile methodologies to deliver analytics solutions
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues in production analytics and roadmap delivery
- Drive continuous improvement to maximise efficiency and automation of analytics assets
