Job summary

OVO Energy is hiring a Senior Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts, building MI that tells the story of our business. You will partner with multiple functions to shape domains, design MI, and reduce time to find information for decision making.

You will motivate a high-performing team, coordinate across groups and drive a strategy to improve data quality and governance, while exploring AI-enabled insights for future value creation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a similar role with broad experience of team working and cross-functional engagement.
• Experience leading analytics teams and delivering MI to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Analytics Managers, Senior Analysts and Analysts to partner with business functions and shape MI.
• Drive a narrative of performance with each function and communicate impact to leadership.
• Develop a clear career path and invest in the technical skills of the team.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to influence the future direction of MI and AI initiatives.
