Job summary

Unum is seeking a senior analytics professional to turn complex data into actionable insights that guide business decisions. You will partner with leaders across data, technology, and business functions to design dashboards and data solutions with measurable impact.

Requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 6+ years in BI/analytics, with advanced SQL and experience in Tableau/Power BI/Alteryx. This is a campus-based hybrid role with three onsite days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, CS, math, statistics, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in BI, analytics, data science, or related field.
• Advanced SQL; Python a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate challenges into analytical solutions.
• Perform data profiling, analysis, and source evaluation for decisions.
• Design, develop, and deliver dashboards, reports, and datasets with measurable impact.
• Conduct statistical analyses and communicate findings to influence decisions.
• Collaborate with data engineers to validate data quality and support testing.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement.
