Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced BI / Data Analytics leader to build data-driven solutions across the organization. You will lead the BI analysts team, collaborate with business stakeholders, and own the data warehouse user layer to ensure a single source of truth for decision making.

Requirements include 5+ years in BI/analytics with at least 1 year in team leadership, strong SQL, data marts experience, and proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or Qlik.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI/analytics/data warehouse with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of data warehouse/marts architecture and cloud DW (e.g., Redshift/Snowflake/BigQuery).
• Strong SQL, marts modeling, semantic models (dbt or analogs), and data prep for BI.
• Ability to structure and communicate with business stakeholders, set goals, discuss hypotheses, identify root‑cause metrics, and explain data limitations.
• Proficient in English for interaction with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BI analysts team, distribute tasks, monitor deadlines, support career and professional development.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, clarify and formalize reporting requirements.
• Own and develop the data warehouse user layer: marts and business layer, ensure a single source of truth.
• Minimize duplication of reports and metrics; enforce naming standards and KPI backlog.
• Organize and manage the process of accepting reporting requests and prioritization within the business plan.
• Monitor the quality and stability of reporting; respond to incidents and SLA discussions.
